- Can I switch from Standalone to Power Combo later?
- Yes. The account subscription stays the same. Connect your first partner store from Settings without another account charge; usage fees begin only on qualifying store orders. Each store after the included first store requires a $49 one-time license.
- How does the usage fee calculate?
- It is a tiered percentage of the order subtotal, and it gets cheaper as orders get bigger: 8% on the first $50 (one dollar minimum), 6.5% from $50 to $150, 5% from $150 to $500, and 4% on $500 and up. It applies only to orders placed through the embedded designer on Shopify, GoHighLevel, Wix, Squarespace, or a custom site — standard products without the designer are not charged. Fees bill monthly alongside the subscription.
- Is the Power Combo storefront the same as my Shopify store?
- No. Power Combo includes a separate hosted storefront on a Patch It Up Pro subdomain (or your custom domain). You can run the Shopify app on your existing Shopify store at the same time. Most shops use both.
